The Future

Date: Feb 6, 2021

Complete facility disinfection solutions with effective, affordable and guaranteed results.

First of all, I hope you, your family, and those you care about are all safe and healthy. This is another article in our ongoing series about infectious diseases and disinfection. We would be glad to hear from you with any comments or feedback.

What is the future of infectious diseases caused by contagious viruses, bacteria, and pathogens?

Disinfection is such a simple thing, and it’s easy to take the benefits for granted. One of our customers recently mentioned that, surprisingly, they had fewer sick day requests during COVID, than usual. When I asked him what changed, he said that he was convinced it was due to the disinfection programs they put in place, as we had advised. There may be other factors as well, but he is convinced that his disinfection programs are the primary reason. However, we all agree that good disinfection programs contribute to better health.

So now, what does the future hold for infectious diseases and their treatment and prevention? How do we know if another disease is on its way? Scientists and medical experts are warning that COVID is not the last major contagion to affect us. As this current pandemic has taught us, it seems logical and practical to prepare ourselves ahead of time, rather than react when it hits. As mentioned in our other articles, we believe this is going to be an ongoing issue for generations to come. But the good news is that we have all learned from this. We now know that it’s important to stay informed and practise all the safety measures recommended by the experts.

We should have paid more attention in the past, having dealt with HIV/AIDS, SARS, Ebola hemorrhagic fever, and the Nipah virus. Other than using hand sanitizers, consistent, diligent disinfection processes were not emphasized back then. Now, we all know better. We like to say, “bacteria and viruses do not take vacations, they are part of life”. I believe effective disinfection processes are important more than ever now. We need to take the time to add them to our daily routines; making them second nature. Wash your hands thoroughly, use a face mask or shield in public to protect your eyes, nose, mouth, and disinfect everywhere (home, work, car) to make sure we are all as protected as possible.

What we can do is protect ourselves and others around us. Even the common cold, flu, or any other transmittable disease needs protection. This does not mean that we will never get sick, but it definitely reduces the risk. It just makes sense to do everything in our power, using all the tools and knowledge available to us, to maintain good health and safety.

P.S.  We offer 50,000 sq ft worth of disinfectant “FREE” for first-time buyers of $100 or more of any of our product.
